LOADIT
Unified Financial Rail • MVP
Cash / card → crypto in one rail • Demo only • Patent pending
Live concept • Not production

One rail to route cash / card into crypto, energy & time.

View mode

This MVP focuses on Loadit's core move: turn a cash or card swipe at POS — or an online card checkout — into on-chain value in seconds, while the unified rail quietly handles routing, fees, energy slices and disaster-proof settlement behind the scenes.

See how Loadit finds the cheapest route in one tap.

Investors: this is a concept sandbox for a patent-pending unified rail that could sit underneath card processors, wallets, and DeFi — not a live wallet or exchange.

No real funds move here. This is a concept demo of the Loadit architecture and patent-pending unified financial rail.

See the basic Loadit cash & card → crypto flow

This short clip shows, in plain language, how a shopper can walk up to a checkout, pay with cash or card, and walk away with crypto in their wallet—while the merchant still gets paid in familiar fiat.

For investors, treat this as a baseline: a simple, easy-to-grasp POS experience that Loadit can deliver on day one. The unified rail, AERO routing, and other advanced rails you see in the rest of this MVP are designed to sit underneath and extend this same flow across chains, regions, and use cases.

AERO • AI Routing Engine
POS → optimal rail

In English: AI that hunts for the cheapest and fastest way to move your money.

Ingests cash, card, and QR-triggered payments, tokenizes them, and runs real-time scoring across legacy processors, L1s, L2s, and liquidity pools. AERO turns "how should this settle?" into an automated decision.

Why it matters: replaces manual routing rules with an always-on AI co-pilot that hunts the cheapest, fastest path on every swipe.
QFR • Quantum Finance Rail
Quantum-optional

In English: A giant smart calculator that checks millions of routes at once.

When quantum hardware is available, QFR encodes routing and risk problems into quantum space, exploring millions of paths in parallel. Falls back gracefully to classical AI when quantum acceleration is not present.

Why it matters: turns routing and risk into a quantum optimization problem, unlocking spreads that classical rails leave on the table.
TSM • Temporal Settlement Rail
Retro / Predictive

In English: Schedules settlement for the best time window so fees are lower.

Decouples when a transaction is initiated from when it economically settles. Users can lock yesterday's FX rate, tomorrow's gas window, or trigger release on verified future conditions — all with cryptographic audit trails.

Why it matters: lets Loadit trade on time, not just price — locking in good FX/gas windows and proving exactly when value should move.
ENM • Energy-Native Money Rail
kWh-denominated

In English: Lets part of a payment ride on real electricity, like solar power.

Converts part of a transaction into tokenized energy units backed by production data. Settlement only clears when IoT meters or grid oracles confirm the promised kWh were generated, delivered, or consumed.

Why it matters: makes energy a first-class settlement asset, so Loadit can route value directly into kilowatts instead of just fiat or tokens.
IVOR • Identity & Offline Rail
Offline-capable
Binds every transaction packet to a verified identity and allows it to be escrowed when the network is down. Once signal returns, Loadit syncs packets to the selected chain or fiat rail without double-spend.

Why it matters: lets Loadit keep transacting through outages and disasters while still knowing exactly who owns every packet of value.
Unified Orchestration Layer
Demo architecture

In English: The master switchboard that combines AI, quantum, time, energy and offline rails into one route.

Treats each rail as a pluggable capability. For any transaction, the orchestrator can combine AI routing, quantum optimization, temporal rules, energy denomination, and offline identity — all inside one transaction object.

Why it matters: this is the "brain" that lets Loadit mix and match rails per transaction, making the whole stack behave like one programmable super-rail.

POS & Online Channels

Pick how value enters Loadit. We'll sync the simulator to match — same unified rail, different intake: in-store cash, in-store card, or pure online card checkout.

Tip: flip the View as: User / Merchant toggle above and re-run a few flows to see how each channel feels from both sides of the transaction.

Global concept map

If Loadit sat under the world's rails…

This isn't a live network map — it's a visualization of how a unified rail could sit underneath banks, processors, and wallets in multiple regions at once. Each pulse hints at a different deployment: retail POS, online gateways, energy markets, and disaster zones.
